We have developed a comprehensive strategy that allows the newly hired executive to not only come up to speed quickly, but creates a positive impact that is sustainable over the long term. SDA is an active participant in the entire process. In addition to meeting regularly with the new executive, we meet with the key stakeholders to develop a deeper understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing the organization.
