BOARD GOVERNANCE
This division is relevant to the Senior Executives who interact directly with their Boards of Directors and who find themselves increasingly involved in the Board’s governance of their companies. The Governance Division of SDA provides advisory services to Board Chairmen, CEO’s and Senior Executives on the establishment of effective Governance practices for both management and Board of Directors. The practice also includes Shareholder Advocacy, providing guidance to corporations in achieving favorable outcomes in connection with Proxy Voting and relations with institutional investors. New Board Chairman/CEO’s will particularly benefit from advice with respect to recruitment and/or replacement Board Members.
